By downloading or using MirageAI, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

MirageAI provides AI-powered image and video generation features using third-party AI providers.

All outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and may:

  • Be inaccurate
  • Be unrealistic
  • Contain visual artifacts
  • Not represent real people or events

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

You understand and agree that:

  • All outputs are generated automatically by AI
  • Results are not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for how generated content is used

Use generated content at your own discretion.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use MirageAI to:

  • Create illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Impersonate real individuals
  • Violate privacy or intellectual property rights
  • Mislead, scam, or defraud others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of content you upload
  • MirageAI does not claim ownership of user-uploaded images
  • Generated content is provided "as is"

You are responsible for how generated content is used or shared.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

  • All purchases are handled through Apple In-App Purchases
  • Subscription management, refunds, and cancellations are controlled by Apple
  • MirageAI cannot issue refunds directly

Refer to Apple’s App Store Terms for billing details.

7. Service Availability

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free operation
  • Permanent access to generated content

Features may change or be removed at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • MirageAI is provided "as is"
  • We are not liable for damages, losses, or misuse of generated content
  • We are not responsible for third-party AI service failures

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
